1. What makes Diesel Coffee different?
We operate on a low cost model which means there aren't any big overheads or big marketing costs so we can keep our prices lower. We don't use specialty beans which only increases prices for you -we just stick to the best premium beans at the best prices.
2. Where are you located? Can I come and pick up or visit the roastery?
We operate out of a warehouse in downtown Hamilton. We generally aren't open to the public during the week but can be available on a Friday or Saturday by appointment only. Just send us a message.
3. How does the subscription work?
Choose your coffee, pick how often you want it delivered, and we’ll handle the rest. Your coffee ships automatically on your schedule.
4. How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer account under the 'Customer Portal Page' tab. From there, you can update your coffee, delivery frequency, next shipment date, payment details, pause, or cancel — no lock-ins.
5. Can I pause, change or cancel at any time?
Yes. You can skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel at any time from your account — no lock-ins.
6. Will the coffee be fresh?
Yes. Coffee is roasted every week and sent out shortly after roasting. We optimize the roasting times for deliveries so you don't have to worry about a thing
7. Can I get a discount?
Yes. Subscribers get better pricing than one-off orders, with % off signing up for a subscription.
8. What if I run out before my next order is scheduled?
No problem. You can bring your next delivery forward or place a one-off order anytime. Just login to your account and select order NOW.
9. Is shipping included?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown clearly before you subscribe, and depends on location. It's generally free shipping unless you are a rural delivery.
10. I haven't heard of Diesel Coffee before. How long have you been operating?
We have been roasting coffee for around 10 years now starting with supplying our own beans to our own cafes in Hamilton -Mavis&Co - and at the Hamilton Airport. As a result we know what cafe's need and what good quality coffee is all about.
